We just passsed our two year mark here in the Boston area. Since rent is so high and interest rates so low, we decided to buy a piece of real estate in Medford, MA. That's 'Mehfud' to the locals. It is a money pit delux and Larry is in his element, making it livable. We thought it would be fun to start a blog to share news and photos with you for your enjoyment and sympathy:). Larry is known for his construction/design skills, but, we all know that these types of projects invariably take longer and cost more than expected. We anticipate moving the end of September. We have defined what "move in ready" means. Keep checking back to see how the project is progressing.

Well, we've got POWDER snow here in Cascade; been going all day. Best skiing Wayne's ever had today. Hope Larry's flight gets out tomorrow!!!!! (Is that a KWP jacket I see on Larry????)
